Thank you for taking the time and visiting my website. First and foremost, I am so happy to have discovered Diet Free Life, and I know you will be too. At Diet Free Life I was able to eliminate weight while eating the foods that I love in fat burning combinations. Diet Free Life is diabetic friendly, heart healthy, and adaptable to all taste. This means that Diet Free Life meets you where you're at, you too can enjoy eliminating weight eating the foods you love in fat burning combinations.

Since my initial introduction to the Diet Free Life program I've lost over 55 pounds, dropped my A1C from 7.6 to 6.4, and eliminated approximately 7% of my overall body fat, and I'm moving toward my goal weight and overall body composition with a new found joy and freedom with food.

For almost 45 years I have battled with my weight and the negative aspects from it, like Type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure, as well as low self-esteem and self-confidence. I wanted to feel better, I wanted to be happy in my own skin, so I went from one diet program to the next hoping for life long solution. Sure, in the beginning I lost some weight, but then I gained it all back, and many times I even I added additional weight.
